Product Purchase & Return Policy
Aerotech P&K strives to deliver products free of defects. Upon receipt of
the merchandise, if the product is not functioning properly, immediately call
Aerotech P&K: 800-651-4802.
Our highly skilled Product Management team will assist you in diagnosing and
resolving your product problem. In cases where the merchandise is defective, we
will replace the item or issue a refund. In the event that an exchange or
refund is needed, a valid Return Authorization Number (RA) will be issued. The
RA is required to be written clearly on the outside of the shipping box. All
returned merchandise must be returned 100% complete in original packaging with
all packaging material, software, manuals and other accessories. Customer bears
all responsibility and cost for shipping products back to Aerotech P&K. The
exchanged item will be shipped the same day that the defective item is received
at Aerotech P&K.
RA’s cannot be issued after 30 days from the purchase date. RA’s expire after
15 days from the issued date and cannot be extended or re-issued. Incomplete or
unauthorized returns will be refused. After 30 days, we will replace or
send the merchandise to the manufacture due to manufacturer defects only, for
one year from the purchase date. We reserve the right to charge a 10%
re-stocking fee, as applicable. Aerotech P&K asks that you refer to the
manufacturer for warranty service.

To ensure quality assurance, sampling supplies such as sampling cassettes,
tape-lift kits, media, swabs, etc., cannot be returned.
REPAIRS: Please refer to the manufacturers’ warranty.
